Bergamot, lemon and mandarin open clean and radiant. Orange blossom, petitgrain and jasmine warm the heart, before musk, tonka bean and myrrh settle in.

Quinsài is today's Hangzhou — the city Marco Polo called "the city of heaven," laced with canals and a thousand stone bridges, the China he loved most.
